The Expedition aims to draw the attention of chefs and the international media to Brazil, extolling ingredients, diversity and local culture through gastronomy, having contact with nature and with what Brazilians know best: to welcome.
The proposal from the creator Chef Marcos Livi is the sharing and interaction between the guests with the food, when an opportunity to taste a little of the local culture of each of these starred chefs, most of them running restaurants indicated by The World 50 Best.
I was pleased to be one of those invited chefs for the first stage of 2020.
